What happened: I've been a jcrew customer for over ** years probably more. I was in our store in ga. *** outlet store. I had an experience with a person that worked for you that I will never forget. I handed her back a pair of white ***** pair of pants because my hands were full . I said I'm gonna give these to you so I don't mess them up( the rack) she ashley snatched them from me never said a word no thank you, can I get a size nothing. I even Said you're welcome so she would realize that I knew she didn't say thank for handing her the pants. I've never been treated so poorly as a customer. I went back to her and told her that I want u to know that I will be calling corporate about how rude u were....she proceeded to tell me sir I smiled at you....I said no what u did is snatched the pants out of my hands....I told u you're welcome because u said nothing. She became combative sarcastically saying I'm sorry. She then proceeded to say my name is Ashley and to go right ahead and call corporate. I will never visit this store again. Perimeter is to far for me to drive so I will remain a customer but I won't spend money in this store anymore if she's there. It was rude to snatch the item from my hand. I've spent years shopping and buying because I absolutely love jcrew the quality. I was so happy that after the pandemic u survived. I shop here because of the quality u offer. I don't care that u may be a little more pricey than others. I buy blazers, suits, cashmere sweaters etc. However I will never spend my money in this store again and that's too bad. The store Manager is awesome by the way he stepped in to get ashely under control because instead of saying I'm sorry sir I didn't realize. She said sir I smiled at you. I've never been so disrespected as a customer I expect that at footlocker, walmart etc* Nothing against these places but it's not the same level of customer service and quality. Never in a million years would I expect to be treated this way. I've had incidents in the past but never enough for me to want to waste my time complaining. Because jcrew is a big part of my fashion purchases and a huge favorite of mine. I wanted someone to know* We are in a recession and people are hanging on to money like never before and yet I choose to still stay loyal to jcrew. This isn't acceptable.....at all. I was in the store on ********* jcrew outlet of ***woodstock outlets sales person was ashley it was around *pm - *** they were close to closing when I walked in . The manager greeted me when I walked in he always does. I stood next to ashley looking for my size in pants.....now that I think about it she never asked me if I needed a size or any kind of help. I wasnt expecting her to I'm just remembering as I'm writing....what she was was rude and disrespectful. If a camera could show how she snatched the pants from my hands you would ashamed of this employee . I'm hoping for a phone call or something. I will follow this up with a phone call to corporate.
